How does payment work?

A 30% deposit is requested when you order, to start your project: you follow its creation in a private preview and sign off at every step. The balance (remaining 70%) is only due on delivery, once the site matches what was agreed — that final payment is what triggers going live publicly on your domain. No surprises: your package's contents are detailed before you order, and the total amount doesn't change along the way.

Is the listed price really the final price?
Yes. The package you choose covers the entire service described. If your needs change during the project (extra pages, an additional feature), we'll let you know before any change to the quote — never after the fact.
What does the 30% deposit cover?
It covers the start of the project: scoping, mockups and a first version of your copy. The remaining balance (70%) is only due on delivery, once you've signed off on the result.
Do I own the domain name?
Yes, the domain name is registered in your name as soon as it's created, whichever package you choose. Domain name and hosting are included for the first year, then renew (from around €60/year) if you'd like to continue with us.
How long does it take to launch my site?
Depending on the package and how quickly you sign off on each step, expect generally between 2 and 4 weeks between our first conversation and going live.
Can I switch packages partway through the project?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any point before delivery: we'll adjust the quote accordingly, and any deposit already paid carries over to the new amount.
